Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

As soon as we have received your order and payment we will process your order and print the designs and pack the accessories.

All drums are normally in stock but we receive a large number of orders every day. So most of the times we can ship the drums within 5 days, in fact currently we are down to 2 days. But if we do not have the drums in stock, it could take a little longer.

But we are already in the process of upgrading our warehouse to increase the number of drums that we can have in stock.

If no other time limit is given in the respective offer, the delivery will take place within 10-15 working days after completion of the goods in US, in case of foreign deliveries (e.g. CA/AU/NZ) within 15-20 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

We know that you would prefer to have your Sonodrum tomorrow. Since we produce sometimes on demand for you, the process takes longer. We ask for your understanding and patience.

How do I create an account?

Currently we do not offer account creation. You will get everything you need to know via email. 

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have a new address, let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address before shipping. If the goods have already been shipped, the change is unfortunately no longer possible.

How do I track the status of my order?

Don’t worry – it is quite normal and often happens that the shipment status is updated with a delay.

As soon as an order is sent to the shipping service provider, the customer receives an automatic shipment notification. The tracking number is thus already provisionally available and is updated as soon as the shipping partner has picked up the package. Please note that the shipment status can be updated at the customer’s site with a delay of a few days and that it is only a simplified representation of the complex delivery process.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. We do not story any credit card information.

Do you charge sales tax?

No.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently offer free worldwide shipping.

Will my items come in one package?

If you order more than one Sonodrum, it is quite likely that they will shipped separately, to offer a better protection.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day, risk free return policy. Please see more on our “Return Policy” page.

I received the wrong item

Where should I mail my authorized return?

After we assured that you qualify for a free return we will be happily send you the return address to via email.

How do I receive customer support?

Please contact our support via email: support@sonodrum.co. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible. Usually this is done within 48 hours.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you have entered an incorrect address, let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address before shipping. If the goods have already been shipped, the change is unfortunately no longer possible.
